A nail or screw in your tire is one of the most common — and most repairable — tire problems. Houston Mobile Tire comes to your location and repairs the puncture on-site, so you don't have to drive on it or visit a shop.
It's usually best to leave the nail in until we arrive — pulling it can turn a slow leak into a fast one. If the tire is holding air, drive as little as possible and call us. If it's flat, don't drive on it.
If the nail is in the tread area (not the sidewall) and the hole isn't too large, we can repair it with a proper patch-plug combination from the inside — a safe, lasting fix. We'll inspect it and tell you honestly.
If the nail punctured the sidewall, the hole is too big, or you drove on it flat and damaged the tire, it may need replacing. We carry replacement tires in all sizes and can install one on the spot.
